How refunds work for chat room paid periods.

Refund rules

Within 7 days of payment, if you haven't used any paid features, you get a full refund.
After 7 days, or once you've used paid features, we refund the unused days (prorated). Days already passed are not refunded, and there is no fee.
A period added after your current one that hasn't started yet counts as fully unused.
After a refund, the paid period is shortened by that amount. If the end date has passed, the chat room goes back to free. Your settings stay.
Deleting a chat room removes its remaining period, so request a refund before you delete it.
If we suspend or terminate a chat room for illegal use or a violation of the Terms of Service, the 7-day full refund does not apply. Suspended days count as used, and we refund the unused days minus a 10% penalty on the amount paid.

Send your order number on the support board or by email. Once confirmed, we refund to your payment method within 3 business days.
