Pinned notice for the chat room
When a moderator or above sets a notice in the chat, it shows above the message list for everyone. People who join later also see the current notice automatically.
How to use
!notice— Opens the notice editor.!notice text— Sets or replaces the notice with the text you type.!notice clear— Deletes the saved notice after you confirm.- Change pinned notice and Delete pinned notice in the menu do the same.
The notice is plain text, up to 200 characters. Each person can close the notice on their own screen only, with the × button.
Free chat rooms
Free chat rooms save only one kind of plugin shared data. If another plugin's shared data already exists, saving the pinned notice deletes it, and the admin who ran the command gets a system message about it.
The saved notice is kept in the chat server's memory, so it disappears when the server or the chat room process restarts.
