Check the chat rules before the first message
When someone taps the input box, the rules open, and they can join the chat after agreeing. Use it to share your room's rules or chat etiquette.
Settings
Fill in Notice title, Chat rules, and Agree button text. You can use line breaks in the rules, but not HTML. Any field you leave empty uses the default text.
Good to know
- Agreement is saved per chat room in the current browser. It may show again on other devices or browsers.
- Closing it with the close button or the Escape key doesn't count as agreeing.
- If you change the text, people who already agreed are not asked to agree again.
- It doesn't collect or keep a legal record of consent.
